EAST COAST RAIL LINK (ECRL) PROJECT Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRLSB) is the project and asset owner of ECRL. MRLSB is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company wholly owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated (MOF Inc.).

China Communications Construction Company Ltd. (CCCC) is the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contractor for ECRL Project.

ECRL rail network will bridge the East Coast and the West Coast of Peninsular Malaysia by connecting Kota Bharu in Kelantan to Port Klang in Selangor.

A national infrastructure that will help link cities & towns, and upgrade public transport in rural areas. Electrified rail network that will link the East Coast states with the Greater Klang Valley
